All orders are fulfilled and shipped exclusively from our international warehouse in Zhejiang, China.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs clearance and local courier handling. In rare cases, international deliveries can take longer than expected.

B. Delivery Time, Processing & Order Cut-off
Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 business days after dispatch, depending on customs clearance and courier availability (Monday–Friday)
Total Estimated Delivery: 5–9 business days
Order Cut-off Time: 11:00 PM (GMT), London time
Orders placed after 11:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
Important Note:
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our international warehouse in Zhejiang, China using priority air shipping.
This allows us to offer fast delivery times to our supported delivery regions.
Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and final-mile delivery conditions.
C. Delivery Terms

Tracking details will be provided via email once your parcel has been dispatched.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday by local courier partners.
D. Address Changes
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact our support team within 24 hours of placing your order at info@lennholland.com.
After dispatch, delivery addresses can no longer be changed.
E. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before shipment.
Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
If you wish to return your order after delivery, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
F. Damaged Packages in Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and contact our support team immediately.
If the package was delivered while you were not present, please contact us at info@lennholland.com within 48 hours with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
